Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Utility Room. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions.
Returns Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition and with packaging intact.

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalised products unless faulty.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return an Item:

Submit a Return Request – Log in to your account on our Shopify store and navigate to the Returns section.

Pack Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

Ship Your Return – Send the package using a tracked shipping service to the return address provided in the confirmation email. Please retain proof of postage.

Processing Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us through the contact page on our website within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a refund or replacement.
